as soon as I take
a decent one :)
Hi, I'm Mudi.
I'm an AI automation architect. Companies bring me in to design, build, and implement the AI systems that actually run their operations — then I run them from inside the team.
Everyone is "using AI." Almost nobody has built the system that compounds — most AI stays stuck in a chat window instead of running the real work. That's the gap I close: automation that's designed, built, and shipped into production.
What I actually do
- AI automation. n8n and multi-agent systems that run your operations without babysitting — every build follows my TISOT framework: Trigger, Input, Steps, Outputs, Tools.
- AI development. Custom agents, integrations, and internal tools — designed, built, and shipped to production.
- AI implementation. I embed with your team, find where AI actually moves the needle, then build it and roll it out for real.
- Team training. Hands-on workshops so your people can run and extend it all without me.
I run my own agency, Tasken.ai, on these exact systems — all on self-hosted n8n, because when agents work in a pipeline you need to see and debug what's happening. Nothing here is theory.
How I build: the TISOT framework
Every automation I architect — and there are 500+ of them running on our self-hosted n8n — follows the same five-part shape. It's how I keep complex, multi-agent systems debuggable instead of magic:
- Trigger. What kicks it off — a schedule, a form, a webhook, an event.
- Input. The data it pulls in and cleans before anything runs.
- Steps. The logic — the agents, branches, and checks, in order.
- Outputs. What it produces, and where it lands.
- Tools. The models, APIs, and integrations doing the actual work.
Name those five clearly and any automation — however complex — becomes something a team can run, debug, and trust.
A few things I've built
Outreacher — a 7-figure SEO agency whose content production took three hours a piece. I rebuilt it as an n8n pipeline: 3 hours → 5 minutes.
WorldFirst (Alipay's sister company) — needed content that landed in dozens of markets at once. I architected the multilingual content engine behind their expansion into 50+ markets and languages.
Birchbury — an ecommerce brand spending 10+ hours a week on affiliate prospecting and outreach. I automated it end to end; now the team just reviews replies from interested partners.
How I think about it
- Systems, not outputs. An AI output that looks good once is worthless. A system that runs every day compounds.
- Self-hosted & observable. I run everything on self-hosted n8n so I can see, log, and debug every agent — no black boxes.
- Humans where it counts. I won't pretend everything can be 100% automated. Automate the boring loop; keep human judgment exactly where the work needs it.
How working with me works
Fractional, embedded, retainer-based. I take a seat, not a project — no deck-and-disappear. Done means a system that runs without you.
— I keep this to a few companies at a time, on purpose.
Why you'd trust me
- 15+ years in SEO, content, and growth. I automate marketing because I spent years doing it by hand — built and ranked sites, ran a 50-person content agency, then turned it all into systems.
- Main-stage speaker — SEO Mastery Summit 2026 (Saigon, "Content Optimization with AI"), ScaleCon AI Jakarta ("AI Lead Gen System"), Shenzhen SEO Conference, Link Building Mastery (Chiang Mai), and a SEO × AI panel at FatJocial Barcelona.
- I teach this, too — workshops at SEO Mastery Summit, for Neil Patel & Eric Siu's Agency Owners Association, in Shenzhen (n8n), and online for teams like GreenTomatoMedia.
- Creator of the TISOT framework for building automations — Trigger, Input, Steps, Outputs, Tools.
- Founder of Tasken.ai — delivering these systems for real clients today.
Questions I get a lot
What exactly do you do?
How is this different from hiring an agency?
What does an engagement look like?
Is this just SEO / marketing automation?
What does it cost?
Why you?
How to reach me
One call. I'll map where AI actually moves your pipeline — whether or not you hire me.

P.S. — asked an AI about your company this week and didn't like the answer? That's the call to book.
